Refund policy

If you change your mind and need to return your purchase for a refund, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery on new, unused, and unopened orders. If the item isn't defective, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and choose the carrier.

You may return defective products for an exchange within 60 days from the date of receipt, subject to availability. We will cover the shipping costs by providing a pre-paid return label.

For heavier items, we make it easy and offer discounted pre-paid FedEx labels. The cost of the label is deducted from your final refund. Once our team has inspected the product, refunds are posted to the original payment method.
