Exemptions - Return Policy

Not all items are eligible for return. Mixwholesale reserves the right to limit or decline returns.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Tattoo: Used tattoo needles, used tattoo inks, used tattoo sets that include opened and used inks, gel grip tubes & needles.
• Funeral: Used human urns, used pet urns.
• Event & Party: Products that processed food included but not limited to used cotton candy machine, used commercial popcorn machine, used hot dog roller grill cooker machine, any type of used and dirty tablecloth, used inflatables.
• Salon & Spa: Used essential oils, used piercing needles.
• Art & Hobby: Used cake decorating airbrush paint, any type of used and dirty airbrush.
• Certain Freight Shipping Items: Products delivered by freight shipping included but not limited to inflatables, air mover carpet dryers, mini air mover carpet dryers, massage tables, stanchion posts, rope crowd control stanchion post barriers, stanchion queue posts.

*Other freight shipping returns may be accepted if the products are unused. The shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.
