Absolutely Fantastic Customer Service and Great Piece of Equipment

I run a Laboratory for Spagyric Research and we found ourselves needing either an over shelf or an under shelf for one of our 4ft Stainless Steel tables we use in the bottling station. While it was next to impossible to find a stand-alone under shelf to add to the existing unit, we were able to find this over shelf. After taking the measurements of the unit size, we were confident that it would be absolutely perfect for our needs, so we went to Gridmann.com to order one. It said they were all out of stock, though. So I called to customer service to see when they might be back in stock; they had a new shipment due to arrive in a week or two from the time of my call, but after the representative looked into it, it turned out that they had one in stock in their Indiana warehouse that wasn't listed online for some reason. They were able to send me a custom invoice for that unit; I was able to pay for the unit and they had it shipped out of their warehouse just a few hours later. The unit is beautiful and functional and does not need mounting hardware [at least for our purposes], though we have opted to use some C-clamps to secure it to the table. I love it and I'm thinking of ordering another 4ft table with undershelf and backsplash on casters in addition to one of these 2-tier overshelf units to replace another table unit we have in the lab. I strongly suggest this company and was impressed greatly by their impeccable customer service!
