2" Yoga Brick Great for Classical Stretch/Essentrics

If you are a Classical Stretch/Essentrics fan, this is the perfect block to sit on and keep your back straight. It also helps you stay off your tailbone, if you have that issue.
Your butt might make a negligible indentation (you feel it only if you put your hand on the block) - it is foam, after all, but the block is still super-resistant, and I love it. You won't be disappointed. The price can't be beaten!
