Plasma Fit presents this brand new, compact, elliptical trainer with pulse rate sensors. This sturdy, well-built machine provides a full body, low impact, cardio workout at an extremely reasonable price. This 2 in 1 home gym can be used in an elliptical standing position or exercise bike seated position. You can work different muscle groups (arms, legs, abdominals, and buttocks) by striding either forward or backward. The resistance (difficulty) can be increased or decreased easily with a turn of the tension knob making it ideal for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced. The smooth elliptical motion helps keep your feet on the pedals for a low impact workout which is less strain on your joints than a treadmill workout. The LCD display screen will rotate through your elapsed time, speed, distance, odometer, calories burned, and pulse rate. Constructed of tubular steel, this machine is sturdy and the wide base provides a very stable experience while you work out. This stationary elliptical/bike provides a full range workout featuring an 11" foot stride and a 21" arm extension in an efficient and compact space. As an added feature, the Plasma Fit Elliptical Machine has a set of hand rails in a static (non-moving) position with pulse rate sensors built in. Assembled dimensions: 21.5" Wide x 35.5" (45" at full arm extension) Deep x 58.25" High (depending on handle height). Maximum weight limit: 250 lbs. The seat and handles are height adjustable to help you find your ideal settings. Other features include a full form comfort seat measuring 10.5" wide and 10.25" long and an extra large textured foot pedal (13.5" long and 6" wide). It is easy to move the machine with the rollaway wheels conveniently placed in the front for a tilt and move relocation.
